Cities of Astros: Age of Fire (also known as CoA Mk. III, or by its absolutely serious name, "Twenty Dead Romans: Rumós Gataúrþs") is a renaissance themed worldbuilding project. The world is based on the year 1478 AD (Early Renaissance), twenty years (since 1458 AD) after the events of CoA: Dawn of the Crescent Moons (CoA Mk. II) and thirty five years (since 1443 AD) since the events of the first roleplaying game (CoA Mk. I), in a peninsula called Astros, situated in the southern areas of the Parvallan continent.
